By accessing or using https://arvadaproplumbing.com, requesting a consultation, or engaging Arvada Remodeling Pros ("we," "us," "our") for remodeling services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Arvada Remodeling Pros offers design-build remodeling services including but not limited to basement finishing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), pop-top second-story additions, whole-home renovations, garage and attic conversions, and custom home rebuilds. Specific services and scope are governed by individual project contracts.

Free Consultations

We offer free, no-obligation in-home consultations. A consultation does not constitute a contract. Project pricing and scope are confirmed only through a signed fixed-price contract.

Project Contracts

All remodeling work is performed under a written, itemized fixed-price contract signed by both parties. The contract governs scope, materials, timeline, payment schedule, change-order process, warranty terms, and dispute resolution. These Terms of Service do not replace or modify the project contract.

Licensing and Insurance

Arvada Remodeling Pros is a licensed and insured general contractor in the State of Colorado. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request before contract signing.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems
  • Reproduce content from the site without written permission
